Our Hierarchy is pretty simple but is always subject to change in the future to meet the needs of the Free Company when the game makes changes related to the company and what it can do. Such as another change may take place when they add the Front Lines. Members are assigned ranks based on decisions by the Master + Founders based on various qualities such as activity, communication, how they play with others, leadership skills, following rules & conduct. 

Master - Pretty self explanatory. Has full authority and final decision on FC matters as in promoting/inviting/demoting/dismissing/housing/etc. However all things are discussed with the Founders and other members to get an overall idea of what direction to go in regarding matters and situations. 

Founder - Founder is the second in command. They are the person you go to if matters are out of hand and the Master rank isn't online. They have just as much authority as the Master rank in regards to promoting/demoting members, dismissing unruly members, overseeing events, chat language, housing, etc. 

Officer - Officers are those who have good standing in the FC and are reliable active members. These are members who are approachable, don't look for their own interests, socializes and interacts with members, has the capability to organize and lead events that members need, as well as follow and uphold the FC rules. Those wanting to qualify for an Officer position need to get in touch with the Master/Founder rank and a meeting will take place.

Artisan - These are our company crafters and care takers. These are the ones who enjoy the crafting/gathering side of the game more than the battle/story side. Artisans supply the FC with needed materials/gear/etc when they are asked. They are the members who are looked too if something is needed to be crafted as well. Remember tho if you want things crafted then support these members by donating to them materials you get in dungeons, rather than selling them on the MB. 

Member - These are full-fledged members after meeting the quota for not being a recruit anymore. Casual players just looking to play and have fun with no responsibilities or stress on their end of the deal. 

Recruit - All new recruits that join are defaulted to this rank. After time passes and based on new members actions and attitudes they will be promoted to a Member.
